Hey man I got an 02 Sebring and the horn does sound when I lock the car but doesn’t work when pressing the steering wheel, you think that clock spring is the most common cause for these cars? I don’t got any tools or multimeter but want to start working on my cars. Did you make a video when changing that?
Yes, 98% chance is your clock spring. But a multimeter tool costs less than 5 bucks at Walmart or harbor freight. It'll be a good idea to invest in one. A subscription would be much appreciated as well lol
