Used for different situation. I prefer to use spear for daily PVE content like CT/MA and MVP. Sword for small scale PVP like DD and also for Jupe. For large scale GvG events like GL, WOE, I prefer to use spear
As you can see in my hotkeys, I have 2 spears. One is Gungnir and the other one is the main weapon. I press the hotkey to swap to Gungnir before pressing berserk so I get the Gungnir effect during berserk. I immediately swap back to my main weapon after I have pressed berserk.

Hello, do you switch to Lance when you use RoS or you only use gungnir all the time?
I only use gungnir to press berserk. Swap back to lance immediately afterwards.

No hundred spear. Just auto attack to lower the cooldown of berserk via gungnir

is the spear build 500 aspd? do u use aspd foods or equips?
Only during scion + berserk. That’s the only time you need the 500 aspd to fully reduce the cooldown of berserk via gungnir effect.
i noticed during dragon scion u cast howling before RoS. why is that?
