I will try to cook palapa soon if i can find sukarab. We call it sibujing in our place. Been missing palapa. During my practicum days in Iligan we use to eat it as side dish almost everyday.
Kung wala kang sakurab, pwde naman white part ng spring onions tapos tantya mo lang yung ginger saka sili. :) Maraming salamat din sa pagdalaw, bagong kaibigan.

If not, you can use white part of spring onions, maybe start with 1 cup sliced white part, 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger, chili (depending how many you want). Then do the rest of the procedure. DON TV VLOGS May mga naluto na rin ako na mapait pero madalang lang nangyayari. Subukan mo bawasan ang ginger. Minsan depende rin sa quality ng mga ingredients mo.
DON TV VLOGS Kung hahalo mo sa lulutin mo, kunyari kalabasa na may daing (saraaap hehe) at gata, okay lang yan. Kung kakainin mo lang parang side dish, ayun lang. Kapag mapait, hinahalo ko sa itlog para gawing scrambled egg or sa ginisang sardinas or pwde rin ihalo sa pancit canton.

What you used is the native Labuyo. It is different from Bird's Eye. Mas masarap po ang native natin ❤
