I am not sure if you like to watch timelapses but I always find them interesting! Therefore I put together some time-lapse footage of our build. I am hoping to put another one together that captures the second half of the build!
That was an awesome video Nikki!!.. Please do a second one!!.. The concrete crew was bad azz!!.. Poured a lot of "crete" in my day, and those guys did an incredible job.. Your family is going to have one beautiful facility when it's finished!!.. Very impressive.. You all must be very proud!!.. Have a nice week!!.. Hope to see a second video.. :) ;)
Nice video! One suggestion I have is to do some of it as a voiceover during the time lapse and explain what is happening during the build. Otherwise it was a neat video!
We built with ICF 17 years ago and it has been a great investment. I like seeing them digging footers while the concrete pump is running, good to know we are not the only ones that work that way :). Impressive structure, thank you for posting!
@@MapleFarmer It was good, don't sweat it. My only concern having worked construction for a number of years is that you warned the boys of the camera. Haha. I know we goofed off in ways that would have peeled the nail polish of a pretty lady like you. Maybe the new generation grew up. .... Awesome work though, I love hard working honest America.
Oh my wow! That was so awesome to watch. I am going to have to come back a few times to see more of what was going on. There was so much to watch. BTW Someone has some mad editing skills. I tip my hat to you.
Thank you for the great videos. That’s a lot of building for a couple weeks of work.Must be planing on taking in. Outside sap, what’s the name brand do you go by,I’ll have to compare it against the Great state of Wisconsin. Thanks Roger
That is one impressive build. Beautiful !!! Love the post and beam .Are you guys planning to do the breakfast/ seasonal restaurant thing or is it just for boiling more sap
So much engineering went into that using some new building products. Guessing getting a price from the general contractor required a cost plus fixed fee contract. Good Video
I feel like part owner along with you guys. The small purchase I made, probably paid for some nails, screws, or bolts that hold things together. I definitely did not buy enough stuff to pay for those stainless steel tanks. (Ha!Ha!)
The Sugar Shack!

I like the video. It's going to be a nice facility when it's finished. Your dad gave me a tour of it last Friday.
That’s awesome! We are excited about it!
I want to stop back to see it again.
Very cool. Looking forward to the next part. Watching them work on the roof in the snow was a little tense. And the video quality was spot on too.
Thanks so much!

With quite a few producers at your scale, I don't feel so bad about all the pure maple syrup I consume per year. Awesome video!

😂😂
Y’all build MUCH better buildings in NewYork than we do in South Carolina, but we don’t get much snow...just wind.
Wow your build is very impressive.. are you guys saling maple syrup now and now can I buy some? Thanks Nikki
we currently sell online only at boxlermaple.com but are working on getting in a few retail locations
@@MapleFarmer thanks U'm going order some this week.
Nice shack!
What state are you guys in? Congrats on this, hard work pays off keep it up.
Thank you! We are in New York!
Does this increase capacity or provide for more efficiency? Thank you for your consideration!
it will allow for more productivity, and give us the ability to expand in the future!
Nice,,
So this is from last fall?
Yes this is from this past fall / winter!
Can not tell you how many times i see SIPS roof panels go in without vapor retarder.
yup, thats a must. need it if you want a building to last!
Why is always you see in the US its always wood and plywood or innerwalls with osb. cheaper to make or easier then brick wall ?
It's America
Liked the timelapse. Couldn't deal with the repetitive soundtrack. Had to turn off the sound.
Yea I didn’t like it either. Next time I think maybe I’ll do a voice over to explain a little bit about the build... thoughts?!
@@MapleFarmer, yes, a narrative could be very good.
The music junked another video 👎👎💩
I agree... I definitely learned from that mistake
