Excuse me, but for ne is easy use a 4th order Runge Kutta squeme from Numerical Recipes..more powerfull and after the simulation can be parallelized also:-)

You have to solve each ODE equating it to zero
How do i plot for 3d graph mam?
It is simple. Just save the data points into work space for all the three variables: x, y, and z. Then use plot3 function to plot 3D figure.
