I think abstinence is beautiful but not everybody is spiritually mature enough to handle it right. My health isn't great and desire is next to non existent when surviving. I'm happy when l occasionally meet someone who wakes that desire up in me even without living it out as l don't believe in short term relationships or one night stands which are indeed a waste of energy and we can absorb the other human's energy and even their former partners' energies. I already absorb energies of people in the street or online without even touching them!
