Loved this story, my son who loves the Lord went through a tough time when he was 13. His mom decided in Spt 2014 she did not want to be a mother or a wife anymore. I tried to explain that she loved hime, but was going through a tough time due to hurts from her childhood. He gained 70 pounds from trying to fill a hole in his heart. God's love never fails, I told him and through the next 3 years he gained control again. He is now serving God and our our Country in the Army, he is a completely transformed person. I am so thankful and proud of him.

My sister shared this song with me after I had gone through a major suregery in which I was not able to eat solid foods prior to the surgery for two and a half months. A week after the surgery I had a heart attack that I experiencved a near death experience in which I had a conversation with God and given instructions of things to do. This is the first song my sister shared with me after I told her about what had happened. I was saved that night and as extreme as it sounds, it took over five years for me to understand what had happened was very real. The third insturction was to go out and tell what God has done in and through me and my salvation! It took all these years fighting with God about writing a book. I just finished with it, I Died, God Spoke!

Hello Big Daddy Weave I have had trouble with weight. And depression. I grew up in the south. Eating lots of fresh vegetables and my mother would put red vinegar and olive oil on fresh vegetables and that's really good and really healthy.. I am a vegetarian. And if you can eat all the fresh fruits and all the vegetables and I think that would really help your diet and not to be with disrespect for everything. But I really enjoy eating fresh fruits and vegetables and red vinegar red wine vinegar and with a little bit of olive oil on some cucumbers onions tomatoes like a small salad that's really good and really healthy. I really enjoy listening to your music. And I'm glad it's you finally came out talking about some of your issues. I think that really makes your more accessible to some people and make you more christ-like that you are not perfect. And I really appreciate you coming out and talking about your issue. Oh yes!! God is here with us!! He has spoken to me since I was five years old. He told me of my husband (of our first 26 years now) from the other side of the world when I was five. He told me when I was about 15yrs "Shannon, put on your seatbelt" that was before seatbelts were law. I heard, I obeyed and no sooner than my buckle clicked, we were hit from behind from a dead stop, as there was backed up traffic. My younger brother had his back against the hatchback. I had a puppy on my lap, who flew so fast and hard to the floorboard that he was gone as soon as I opened the door, never to be seen by us again. My brother went to the hospital although he said he was fine, and exams proved he had no injury. I know God's Angels were with us!!

I had to hold back tears. I’ve hated myself for decades. I was told as a kid that I’d never amount to much. Then years of abuse followed. Then rehab for drinking and doing drugs. Then God had plans for me. I’ve been so blessed but still struggle with shame and guilt.
Upon changing your lifestyle and accepting Christ, if you repented of your past and turned away from sin - if Christ can forgive you and remember it no more, we should not either. Shame is an ugly lie that is not your portion!

At times when I am not, I ask repent ask for forgiveness and keep on moving. You are beautiful no matter your size. I was never so touched as I was by watching this video. I have had a lot hurt in my live never really felt good about myself and always worried what people think . A lot of us feel in limbo, feeling like we have a long way to go to get better. The road is short if you open up, Jesus has been waiting and the holy spirit has been working within you. Accepting christ as lord and saviour, believing he is fully god and fully man and he did a brutal horrible death to pay for our sins. Confess your sin and thank him and ask him to come into your heart...he loves us all, he came in humble and died humble. Who couldn't love a god that sent his son to die for US.

I felt worthless most of my life because I was beat terribly as a child and neglected by my parents ended up in foster care where I was mistreated more two failed marriages as a result never felt loved never felt worthy of anything. This is so dear to my heart. I grew up with.a father that never had anything good to say. As a matter of fact he usually found something really mean to say. When pastors and youth ministers would say, "think of Jesus as your daddy, and how much your daddy loves you" I just couldn't relate. I didn't have a daddy like that. It has taken me 50 years to accept myself and realize that Jesus loves me and has forgiven me for the many times I have CHOSEN to sin. I have had trouble with weight. And depression. I grew up in the south. Eating lots of fresh vegetables and my mother would put red vinegar and olive oil on fresh vegetables and that's really good and really healthy.. I am a vegetarian. And if you can eat all the fresh fruits and all the vegetables and I think that would really help your diet and not to be with disrespect for everything. But I really enjoy eating fresh fruits and vegetables and red vinegar red wine vinegar and with a little bit of olive oil on some cucumbers onions tomatoes like a small salad that's really good and really healthy. I really enjoy listening to your music. And I'm glad it's you finally came out talking about some of your issues. I think that really makes your more accessible to some people and make you more christ-like that you are not perfect. And I really appreciate you coming out and talking about your issue. (of our first 26 years now) from the other side of the world when I was five.
He told me when I was about 15yrs "Shannon, put on your seatbelt" that was before seatbelts were law.
I heard, I obeyed and no sooner than my buckle clicked, we were hit from behind from a dead stop, as there was backed up traffic.
My younger brother had his back against the hatchback. I had a puppy on my lap, who flew so fast and hard to the floorboard that he was gone as soon as I opened the door, never to be seen by us again. My brother went to the hospital although he said he was fine, and exams proved he had no injury. I know God's Angels were with us!!

Do you remember this song? Redeemed by @bdwmusic . This one includes a powerful testimony of the rise and fall and rise again of BDW in life. This song was requested earlier this month when we served at the “My Brother's Keeper” emergency homeless shelter in Waco. One of the women who was there that night asked us if we could play that song. One of us brought a portable speaker and we played it off RUclips while my peer with the guitar learned it as we sang. This remains a powerful song of hope not in ourselves and all the things we try to do (and often with good reason) but hope in a God much bigger than any of us- who sees us and loves us for who we are and who God made us to be. We are humans redeemed by the love and grace of our maker and Lord.

I listen to this song often. The song always reminds me how much Jesus loves me. We are human and there is always an Eternal Dance in our minds how we fall short. Jesus loves us no matter what. When we here the lies it is the little demons trying to destroy this love. We have to remember to command these demons to leave and fill our minds full of the promises Jesus made. Jesus said he came to give us abundant life including Love, Peace, and Joy.

I had to hold back tears. I’ve hated myself for decades. I was told as a kid that I’d never amount to much. Then years of abuse followed. Then rehab for drinking and doing drugs. Then God had plans for me. I’ve been so blessed but still struggle with shame and guilt.
Upon changing your lifestyle and accepting Christ, if you repented of your past and turned away from sin - if Christ can forgive you and remember it no more, we should not either. Shame is an ugly lie that is not your portion!

Although it hurts you so much, you know that she’s in a beautiful place and in the presence of The Lord. You’ll be able to see her again one day. Replace those negative thoughts with positive ones - whatever the Word says. Believe me, it is difficult at the beginning - but push through. Even thin or skinny people have those thoughts...I used to. I am no longer small as I used to be - BUT every day I am blessed and grateful. At times when I am not, I ask repent ask for forgiveness and keep on moving. You are beautiful no matter your size. I was never so touched as I was by watching this video. I have had a lot hurt in my live never really felt good about myself and always worried what people think . Accepting christ as lord and saviour, believing he is fully god and fully man and he did a brutal horrible death to pay for our sins. Confess your sin and thank him and ask him to come into your heart...he loves us all, he came in humble and died humble. Who couldn't love a god that sent his son to die for US.

When I think back at the many sins I committed in the past and present I shake my head and sometimes cry, in disbelief of how terrible I was until God came into my life, and the guilt of the sins was so heavy and on my mind constantly, none stop but jesus gave me a peace of mind and it felt like he lifted a million tons off me. And now he tells me I'm redeemed dont look back look forward. I look now to the day of the bursting clouds and sounds of TRUMPS that will be the beginning of life eternity with god. Yes this is such a beautiful song I listened to him at first Free Church in 2019 one of my favorite bands. I felt worthless most of my life because I was beat terribly as a child and neglected by my parents ended up in foster care where I was mistreated more two failed marriages as a result never felt loved never felt worthy of anything. Until I found Jesus Christ that is when I knew what love really meant and I have so much love in my heart for Jesus and everyone I have mercy for many people I have helped many people my life has changed Praise Jesus

I needed this today! Been feeling worthless and so down lately. I have lost everything as a Christian it is hard to understand!! I love and serve the Lord and gave 27yrs to ministry and helping other and now that I have a need no one is around. It's a hard place to be.

This is so dear to my heart. I grew up with.a father that never had anything good to say. As a matter of fact he usually found something really mean to say. When pastors and youth ministers would say, "think of Jesus as your daddy, and how much your daddy loves you" I just couldn't relate. I didn't have a daddy like that. It has taken me 50 years to accept myself and realize that Jesus loves me and has forgiven me for the many times I have CHOSEN to sin. I absolutely love the line in the song that says, "stop fighting a fight that's already been won!". HE LOVES ME. HE REALLY LOVES ME. I AM REDEEMED. I AM SET FREE.

For at least 3 years, I ALWAYS come back to this testimonial. The one that speaks directly to me every single time I hear it. Men need more real-talk with our brothers like this....in a world that continually tells us we are not worthy of ANY gifts. We constantly "owe" others for sins of our own, others before us, and sins conjured in the mind.
