Paul, Great video. Went through the process and my colleague bought a ticket and the Zoom Webinar count incremented by one. Great. However, I bought 2 tickets separately and Zoom Webinar has not incremented. Any ideas?
Hi thanks for you very useful video, I have a question please; I am not able to add the webinar as it is a meeting link that I have and it does not populate under event. When I tried to convert that meeting to a webinar, zoom says it is on a different plan. So does this mean we cannot integrate with just a Meeting link on zoom. This is for an event brite event apparently. Thanks in advance.

Hi there thank you for your video! Can you help me please? When creating an event and ccreating a zoom meeting through eventbrite it always seems to change the zoom pass codes on all the other events when I create a new event. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? I am afraid that people wont be able to join the meetings I have already created becaise the pass code gets changed when a new event is created? Ah... sorry off top of my head I don't know. I think you can set the password right? Can't you do that? I don't have access to webninar option right now to test sorry.

Thanks for the info Paul! I put the zoom registration link in the eventbrite location link. I am confused on the point of connecting them via Zapier. It seems they will get the zoom link either way if they are registering on Eventbrite. Am I missing something?
Hi Paul, I found you via Google video search for 'Set up a webinar using Zoom and Eventbrite'. Regarding setting up the 'Zapier.' From what I gather this is 1 Zap, 2 Steps. is this correct? Just trying to sort out what plan I need to sign up for. Oh and thanks for the very detailed video.
Thanks for the video - it said "sell tickets" so I was hopeful that the ecommerce/payment integration would be covered, however it looks like the video covers free events. The issue I have is if you configure your event as free in Zoom and expose the Registration page URL in any way to someone who signs up, if they can see the Zoom Registration page URL, they can copy that to all their friends, post online, etc and everybody can sign up for free, a disaster for a paid event.
They don't see the registration page for zoom. They are auto registered for the event. In zoom make it a paid Webinar fo the same price if you are worried the page url will be some how released. Yes this was a free example but no different to charging whatever you want in eventbrite.
@@PNUKtraining Thanks Paul. It appears auto registration may not work if the event is set in Zoom to a paid event (makes sense I suppose, to prevent an API hack to sign people up for free to paid events) but still working this out - thanks again for the video.
I'm confused around the Online Event page section - do I have to put the link to the webinar here? If I do this do they still need a formal invitation or can they just click the join link at the time of the event?
I need to do a zoom webinar free for industry professional with group registration ability and was thinking about Eventbrite. Can I do 1000+ people?Will I run into issues?

Ah sorry I don't know off the top of my head. Maybe Zap can't interact with meetings to auto add people sorry.

Yeah that's right. I'm not sure you'd have to to sign up and pay for Zapier with this zap though

Yeah they get the invitation via Zoom. But if they click the Eventbrite ticket receipt and end up in eventrbrite instead it will take them to Zoom.

I think you can do as many as you have paid Zoom for.
I can connect but it does not go to the zoom link. It takes attendees back to eventbrite. Can you help?
It should do. They will get your Zoom invite in the email. So when you have a time set that's where they go.
