Was able to get my OMTech 80W to activate the air assist by watching your video. Before, I was able to manually toggle the air assist using the button on the control panel, but the air would turn off every time I ran a file, no matter the file parameters. It turns out I didn't enable the blower in my vendor settings, so anyone reading this comment should make sure their vendor settings are correct.

Thanks for creating this video! Very helpful!! Does toggling air assist on and off change from high pressure to low pressure? Or does toggling off turn off the air completely?

Turn off the air completely if you are using only the small pump if you leave the small pump on and if you add another additional line from your compressor will be getter

Great video. Appreciate you sharing. I have a simular pump and it's really annoying to have it running constantly. I installed a switch at the side of my laser panel. I really like this set up and would like assistance setting up I purchased one of the relays so awaiting it so I can set it up.

Could an electro-mechanical pulse relay (from 24 to 220) with a single on/off way also work? pin + pin - pin 1 and pin 2 ??

dont you need a diode at the connections at the relay 24v end to stop any flash back during disconection ?
