Ulpianus is fun and stronk and can work well by himself, Nymphs major skill is her S2 and its super fun, just pick who you want. Lots of people are convinced you need Virtuosa for Nymph to have any real value, she makes bosses and mobs terrified, its really funny Im going for both honestly, already got Ulpipi, now I wait for pink terror

Frankly, Nymph is not that good, and can only work well with Virtuosa. Ulpianus is strong by himself and becomes stronger with AH buffs.
