Great video. Instead of Audi original LCD I have MAC IPAD just sitting in front of it on the magnet ( much bigger size and better resolution), I spend all day trying to figure it out how to get the picture on both LCDs or just on Ipad, Please help ?
How did you run the wire under the roof liner? Did you have to pull it down, or were you able to feed it through with the headliner and door pillar cover in place?
@@ohnoyo we ran our wire down the rear door hinge and then down the pillar and then fed it through the sidewall of the trunk area. Then under the plastic door sills. It's hard to do, and there is a lot of tucking in with your fingers.
Hi, did you have to run power to the red wire for the camera cable? I see 2 short red fly wires at either end of the extension cable for camera and wondered if these need 12V?
On 2016 Audi Q5 can you tell me which is the reverse light wire so I can tap wire supplied with camera so triggers when you put it into reverse. I was hoping to just tap into fuse box but I cant find it. Thanks

i did not run wire through headliner because side air bag. Instaed, I ran thought bottom door trim.

You do not need to tap into vehicle reverse lgiht. The module has a wire to supply reverse signal to camera
