Personally, the respect I have for him has surely increased. None of us can truly understand his side of things, him and Messi are at a level no one ever has been, but I surely relate to what he's been going through. He displayed on numerous occasions in the previous season that he's still a top level striker, displaying clutch performances and getting United out of trouble when they absolutely needed him to. Doing your best with a fucked up mental health is extremely difficult, but he carried on.
