It is a lyric of empowerment for women, who call us bitches for everything we do or achieve. We have always been women, the ones who have had to go half naked to attract attention. Now, in the year 2024, why not be the ones who can go half-naked? Why does it draw your attention so much? In addition to all this, the song winks at the LGBT+ collective, the boys also tend to call gay boys "bitch." All of these lyrics are a marvel of feminism and support for older women (it tends to be that women, when we get older, seem to be of no use) and that is not the case at all. Hence the wonderful feminist lyrics, with a message, that we took to Eurovision.
I think it's also about the male dancers proudly expressing feminity, which has traditionally been seen as a faux-pas. I read somewhere that the dancers are also drag queens, but I'm not sure about that. Would explain the awesome moves, though :D
