- I originally started this as a lofi remix, but as always got distracted while playing around with strings samples and then I wrote an orchestra score for the track "Subwoofer Lullaby" by C418.

Thats as if Da Vinci "accidentally" painted the Mona Lisa.
He awakes, under a tree, questioning who he is, why he’s here, but he starts walking anyway listening to the birds chirp, the trees sway, It’s almost like this place was made for him, for Steve.
In the forest he meets a wolf, took care of it and made him his best friend
For the first time Steve was no longer alone.
Crafting his house, chopping trees for materials. Slowly building his creations block by block with his new friend.
Although he may not have been able to comprehend the reasoning of his quaint and quiet existence, he knew he was merely scratching the surface of his potential in this beautifully serene world he called home.
This would all wonderful for Steve if he hadn't spawned in *the middle of the freaking ocean*

How does this somehow make you emotional? The way the music reminds you of when you were younger, when you could fly, build, create, do whatever you want. When you had an unlimited imagination, where you could do whatever you wanted, with friends, that feeling...that feeling. Recreated by music, thank you.

Oh wow that was surprisingly more powerful than what I was expecting, I don't often like many orchestral remakes of game osts but this was very nice. I would actually love to hear more of C418's music done like this, or even if you do just a lo-fi remix of another song from Minecraft's ost like you mentioned this one was originally gonna be, that'd also be pretty swell.

I think that's just shows how good C418's music is. It's great on its own, but easy to remix at the same time.

This is a masterpiece. Minecraft had been my childhood I use to play it with my father before he got sick this is so nostalgic and amazing I have to thank you your work has made my life so much better just sitting and remembering the good, thank you sir. You truly are a amazing person.

Tears aren’t enough to express what this music means to so many
I actually never had friend to play with when i was kid, so i always build alone in creative mode. The largest city i made is base off some horror japanese cliche lol, then i transform it many time into somewhat nice town. it get to the point of around 300x900 block area and then virus snap my PC. i remember crying for days to a 3 years long project, this song always remind me of fun i had, thank you

When I was younger I would use Minecraft as a way to escape the hurt. I can only be thankful to the game for giving me even the smallest amount of a childhood. I may not play it much now, but it’s a happy place in my past.

Picture this: Steve is climbing a mountain. The camera is behind him and he's slowly but surely making his way up. And the moment he reaches the top, a bright beam of light from the sun peers our eyes as it slowly fades away to show us an open land. Full of trees and open area. Full of mountains and rivers, completed with life, that of birds and sheep. As the camera slowly goes above Steve, and in front of him. Taking a good look at such an open and majestic view. Then the final shot is when the camera then turns around to view Steve as she smiles. The camera then starts to fly away, shrinking Steve smaller and smaller as the land around him gets magnified. Just showing us the true scale of how gorgeous and how vast, how open, it is. Then the text [Minecraft] shows in front of us.

I gotta say. This is incredible but Minecraft’s soundtrack is perfect because it allows you to be peacefully transcended through its music not completely overwhelmed by its beauty and passion. That is why I believe Minecraft is the best game of all time. Not because of gameplay, worlds, multiplayer, GOD FORBID the graphics, but the reason this game is so legendary is the music in my opinion.

The soundtrack is genius, because it‘s there but like you said it doesn‘t overwhelm the experience. You‘re still concentrating on the game while this beautiful melody plays in the background!
There should be a seasonal biome in Minecraft. Not just biomes plus.
See there’s this thing called forge, and modding, and mod packs, and that’s where you can find those things. And much more.
Wastucar I’m talking about in vanilla Minecraft. I already acknowledged that more biomes are in mods in my first post.

I remember the old tutorial world, the giant castle and hidden discs, the puzzles and hidden paths, the adventures I had with my family and friends. Going through the worlds ready to build and craft to my heart’s content, without thought of what my future might bring be. To be perfectly happy in the present, in the game of Minecraft.
I can’t find my self that content anymore, but this song brings me close to feeling, so so close to being a true child again.
It‘s complicated. We‘re always thinking about what comes next and never truly living in the moment, but maybe we should try to do so. Don‘t forget to make new memories and always keep your head up!

I don’t know how composers do it but they just manage to find ways to capture a whole story in one song with no words used at all. From the first couple of notes like you just entered a new world to near the end where you know you’ve reached the end of your adventure, just to start a new one. Not only that but the music is just so serene it puts you at a calming ease

An Angel appeared on the Island of Kaleshire. With his bare hands, he raised a castle of Deepslate and Stone. He lined the island with fields of sugar cane, collected by walking plows of honey.
