There is nothing more satisfying after a day full of snagging new robes, telescopes and potion bottles in Diagon Alley than enjoying a glorious ice cream cone, much as Harry does with his favorite flavour.
In this whimsical episode I am making a recipe from my beautiful cookbook: The Unofficial Harry Potter Vegan Cookbook. Harry Potter's: Strawberry and Peanutbutter. Mine has a little twist by roasting the strawberries. Absolutely glorious!

And because I am filled with sweetness, I created another cooling and refreshing melon sorbet recipe for you to enjoy, infused with lime leaf and coconut.
1/2 cantaloupe melon (beautifully ripe)
3 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 fresh lime leaves
1 tbsp agave syrup
Pinch of sea salt
12 tbsp sour apple soda
You can make this recipe into sorbet with a churning machine or into popsicles!
