Hearing 'pistash' is reminding me of Apollo and frens, and I don't know how it'd work logistically but I think it'd be super cool if you got the two people who own Apollo to come in and at least meet the Alveus parrots
They could probably figure out some even trickier puzzles. Crows are so smart, they’ve been observed to gather nuts, fly them to any nearby rural highway, place the nuts along the asphalt, hop to the side of that highway, wait for a big rig to rumble by and run over the nuts - thus cracking the nuts open - then the clever little crows hop back over to the nuts to snatch up their yummy treats, yum yum!! Smart crows!!!
The plot development from I have two pistachios to I have one pistachio, then to I have an empty pistachio shell is a Shakespearean quality tragedy.

I've seen them also land on lampposts and throw nuts on the concrete to break the shells. Smart guys.
