This match had me on the edge of my chair! I honestly thought that Heavy Metal was gonna do it and finally get a title on the ET at last but the Wall bounced back with a vengeance I have to give him credit for that he kept his composure very well and he did what he needed to do. Congratulations Martin that was a brilliant comeback! So sorry for Ryan though that will hurt now for a while!❤❤

Searle fell apart, that shows the lack of bottle just as much as the 7 match darts missed, and his first 3 match darts were nowhere near. Hopefully he'll learn from it, but he better learn quick. Not hating on the guy, seems a nice bloke.

Yeah, Searle blew that big time. 6-2 up then 7 match darts. Pressure does funny things to people and I don't think we should be to harsh as most of us have never been in that situation. It goes to show that it's never over till you pin that last dart.
Why Ryan Searle started to frequently miss scoring opportunities after the 8th round is unclear. Perhaps after several rounds, his form deteriorated. What a pity! Hopefully he will be the next champion.
