Wow Leslie killed the show. Was excited to see them again for round 2 Mike was so excited 1st round they were all stoned blazing it talking about good stuff about history and boxing, then we get her loud mouth that doesn’t shut up and let them talk. These guys got mad stories between them and we get her talking most of the time, come on producer next time get someone that knows how to co host she killed it in a bad way. Need to get them back asap cause they’re getting old and touring who knows when they’ll have a chance again.

This was fun. I met Smokey a couple of times. My mom booked all the acts at Mr. D's in San Francisco. I got to see most of the Motown acts, sang a bit with Smokey and met a bunch of them. I got to hang with The Temptations backstage(my favs back then)

Leslie is just young. Cheech and Chong are so legendary though- they just stuck around stories relative to her/Mikes time... great intergenerational connection. To get all the stories, they would have to have a month worth of interviews. They are national treasures.

First time I saw or even knew who Cheech and chong was back in the 80's I was dropping acid with my friends and watching one of there movies. Not sure what C&C movie it was but it had the black guy (from Police Academy) who made funny noises with his mouth, I never laughed so much in my life, that scene in the police station still has me laughing to this day.
Michael Winslow... He was in 2 of their movies... Nice Dreams and Cheech n Chong's Next Movie.

There’s a such thing as Podcast etiquette and professionalism and I feel this was a failed attempt on Leslie’s behalf on actually getting to know the guest
It's called conversation etiquette. Some people apparently seem to think their voice is the most important one.
In the past 20 to 30 years the the art of conversation has deteriorated tremendously. You don't have to fill every space with words, that is what pauses are for. That is why the MOST successful comedians EVER can stop and stare into a camera or crowd and bring the house down. Many times less is more. Have you ever been on a phone call and the person on the other end says, are you there? Yes you dummy I'm LISTENING!📞😄
