They will sell everyone they can make. Just because you can’t afford one there are plenty of others that can, take a look around at all the new Chev and Ford trucks on the road and don’t get much change out of $150k for those. These also come with full Toyota warranty.
Despite all the keyboard experts making negative comments I’m very interested. I’ve been waiting a long time to test drive one. We currently have a Land Cruiser Sahara for long trips and a Hilux for carrying my shit around in the back so I’m hoping the Tundra will give me the best of both worlds and with Toyota’s nationwide warranty it’s a winner in my book. I found it interesting to see the process of the conversion and would have to say it’s the most professional set up I have seen. My main concern is what if Toyota decides to make them in RHD from the factory. Would that make them cheaper and would it affect the value of the converted ones. Well done Walkinshaw.
Legendary quality durability and reliability this guy is living in the 90s that day has gone my friend replace with Legendary high prices Legendary no of returns to dealership for faults building a another legacy don't buy Toyota
Amazed they are not made RHD out of Japan or other countries already . It’s sounds way too expensive for the Australian market which already has choice with RAM , CHEV and FORD Vehicles already here .
no matter what you say its a 2024 toyota there are NO 2025 toyotas made yet ! i don't car about the my25 bull, when you trade it or insure it or sell it its a 2024 car you can not put next years date on this years car !
State of the art facility??? more like old shed. Rattle can a few brackets, sealer looks like a 4 yr old applied it, rust will be an issue. Pulling a vehicle apart to this level after factory assembly will never be the same. Squeeks and rattles will drive you mad. it was built LHD then modified.
Mate, you have no idea, Walkinshaw have been converting the Silverado and Ram trucks for years. They also used to be HSV. So get maybe do some research before commenting.
At least it looks better than KIA's effort at building a pick-up truck for Australia ?? But I can't get over the amount of $$$$$$ people are prepared to pay so they can drive an American pick-up truck with the steering wheel on the Right side ??? Toyota do build amazingly reliable vehicles. But I wouldn't buy a Toyota that is built in the US ???????
Let’s play a game it’s called SPOT THE AUSSIE 😂😂 So good to see that this company looking after there young Australians 😂😂 this is why trades are dying they will employe foreigners over Australians SAD TO SEE AUSTRALIA lose its way
They should be factory RHD and no more than 100K, then maybe they would sell more,

all these immigrant workers will lose their jobs you clown
If these trucks are re-engineered from left-hand drive to right-hand drive in Melbourne, why are we seeing this video showing Asian workers?

Greeting from Texas!!! Good job guys.
Name of music please
Should have just done a cross shaft conversion on this, less things can go wrong, particularly woth steering.
I think there is a problem talking about reliability of the Tundra. Look at the USA Tundra recalls.
22 23 tundra without the hybrid
HOW CAN IT BE WITH STEERING BY WIRE (NO MECHANICAL CHANGES NEEDED (EXCEPT THE SCREWING ON THE PRICE)
The obvious reason that WAU will be racing Toyota's in the supercars championship.
Cheap labour called no idea
