I love their perspective on this. This Covid-19 pandemic is terrible, but also an opportunity. I lost my job because of Covid-19 after a 35-yr career. But I use my time creatively to go back to my roots. I was a music major and vocalist in college, so I now have time to re-visit those talents that paid my way through college. Am I as good now at 55 as I was at 21? No.. but that's not the point. It's like riding a bicycle. The joy comes back to you and you have the time to experience that joy. I know so many people who work a job that pays their bills, but it's not their passion. If anything good is to come out of Covid-19 is that it has reconnected people with their passions. And in that there is joy and peace.
No offense, but I hated Season 7. Because the show was cancelled, the writers never had the chance to arc the story line back to the first six seasons. So from the audience-perspective, it just felt disjointed. My favorite Lana and Rebecca scene was the one with Barbara Hershey where she returned Regina and Zelena's memories and they realized they once knew and loved each others. That was priceless. But the look on Bex and Lana's faces was acting gold. Regina's look was one of being deprived of her sister, but Zelena's face was one of being deprived of both her sister and her mother. That was played to perfection.
