This is why I didn't push to include Thomas roll in my routine, wouldn't trust myself to do it consistently and you only gotta do it wrong once and it could be game over!! I've heard rumour rollouts are going to be banned in the new code anyway, you heard anything about this Nile? Also, I'm competing in the first subdivision of the British on saturday and staying around to watch you guys in the evening - should be a great day!! :)

LiamPayneismybean Isn’t It interesting to think people were telling him it’s alright because they have landed on their head while attempting to do a flip or some gymnastics move, but in reality it was the beginning of the neck injury that could have ended his career and life as he knew it. In February 2019 Nile has to under go emergency surgery to fix the vertebrae at C7 because he had landed on his head and neck one time to many. Surprisingly people can walk around with multiple spinal cord injuries for years and not know they have them. The problem is that various activities and movements slowly cause the original injury and damage to slowly get worse to the point that their life is at risk. Happened to me and I was extremely blessed to still be alive and able to walk some.

After my entire life either being a gymnast and since then, watching gymnastics, I just CANNOT fall in love with the pommel horse. Even though I'm a woman and did women's gymnastics, I LOVE so much of men's gymnastics as well. I have never been able to figure it out... Pommel requires a TON of strength and skill and men are doing such AMAZING things on it but I get bored every single time. What is wrong with my brain?! Nile did an excellent routine there and I really loved his gymnastics and I just couldn't get into it. It's like something in my brain doesn't click with it. Wish I could figure out a way to get my brain to enjoy it! Maybe it's because the majority of the skills are all on the same plane? I just don't know and I wish I could figure it out. I love ALL the other apparatus (male and female). My brain is BIZARRE! 😜
I feel the same and I compete pommel. It’s boring even when you’re on the horse, just “ point toes. Don’t fall”. No artistry to it

Your videos are very inspiring! Your positivity is something to look up to. I am curious, why do you wear socks when you train? It seems like it would be slippery but you obviously know what you're doing!

I thought that front roll element was illegal now or is that just in women's? I saw a female gymnast was paralyzed and died after a similar move. So glad you're ok!
BestLife CO yeah it's only banned in WAG, the men are still able to compete roll-out somersaults
