This new modular house has quite the surprises on the inside you need to see! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the "Legend #4." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,340 finished square foot(1,045 upstairs not included). Let me know what you think about the video! Use that big old island for rolling out biscuits and making cookies and stuff like that! I like the kitchen being open so that whoever's cooking can still feel included in whatever else is going on in the house

Love the cold reveal. The sitting room off the master could be a nursery for a young family or a desk and craft area. Really well done.

Really beautiful home. No pantry, small laundry room, no tub and wire shelves. The home was to nice to be without all that. Now that master bedroom I am in love with.

Vanderbilt in my opinion has the best looking homes. So far I have saved every Vanderbilt home you toured. You are by far the best tour guide for all the homes that I seen and I’ve looked at a few other channels that tour mobile homes. I really like the one you did where you didn’t tour the home first, where you were just as surprised as we were at the home. Thanks for doing what you do. MUST HAVE THIS HOUSE!!!!! Even though I don't like the dining/kitchen/living room onesies, I can fix that easy enough. But the colors, and the cabinets with the glass, and the extra rooms and the massive master bedroom!!!!

This is amazing, I'm going to be looking for a home that has a sitting room in the master. Everything is astounding except for there was no pantry.

I think it was a nice thing to see you open it and explore it just as we see it. I think both are great. Knowing the home and knowing the details are nice. But being surprised and exploring it together is nice, too. Variety is not a bad thing. If you switch it up, I'm going to watch. If you don't switch it up, I'm going to watch. ❤
The room off the MB could be an office, Prayer room, craft room or a lounge

I love the way you do the video and almost live video you did not saw the house before.
I would expand the master bath into the closet and move the closet to the sitting room and leave it open. I would put an island in the master closet too!

The room in the Master Bedroom is A plus! Add a TV, perfect, I would meditate with my Rosary, read a book all before retiring for the evening!

Hi Chance, the sitting room in the master for me needs a hot tub and stone fireplace and a set of glass doors like the media room. This house is hot. I can't believe no pantry though. Thanks for sharing

I just hate that you go into these homes before us...when the whole point to showing these places is like "we" are going in there...I feel you suck the life & fun of seeing extraordinary homes & features for us. Love this house!! Wood flooring and no carpet, sink in front of window, and wow!! I am shocked no pantry and no tub in master but it is beautiful!! Attic I would keep as is...great storage area!!!

I like you seeing it for the first time with us, your reactions are real and your surprise at seeing it is fun. I’d prefer entry to the master suite being through the sitting area then having French doors going from sitting area to the bedroom.

You do have the best mobile home tour channel. You're doing it right. Some of the others are just dark and or aggravating!
I love the floor, but not a fan of the open area, with kitchen and living room. Need a bigger utility room to accommodate a freezer.
My wife said the same thing about the freezer. I wonder if they could move that dining room wall out several feet then you would have room for the freezer.
Also, no pantry or soaking tub in master!
Yes, your hitting the nail on the head. My must haves are a porch or deck in the front and back. A foyer, and coat closet. A fireplace in the living room. A decent sized pantry, dishwasher, island w/sink because I need all my counter space. A utility room w/space for a folding table, deep freezer, and clothes hanging space, and a mudroom. 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, walk in closets. Cabinet space in the bathrooms, vanity in master bath. My closet in my bedroom not my bathroom, I don't want moisture issues with my clothes. A tile walk in shower, a soaker tub, water closet and plenty of windows throughout the house
@@shenequamiller264 Tis is what I am looking at also. I want a good sized Dining Room because I enjoy Sunday dinners with the whole family and usually a few friends. I have a large table, minimum is 10 for dinner, usually more. I know that is not a requirement for many but I would like that option.
@@shenequamiller264 this sounds great! I would switch out the 4th bedroom for a huge laundry/mudroom with the bench and hooks and shoe storage bins. I love the huge ones with the builtins for a craft room. Also, a pot filler over the stove! I wouldn’t mind a sink by window and a prep sink on the island with garbage disposal with the dishwasher and built in for a trash bin maybe? Just thought of the trash bin part.
Yes to the shower (and tile, it's beautiful)! Yes to no water closet in the master bathroom! Yes to that amazing master suite! This is a wonderful home, too big for just me, but if you had a bigger family, it would be perfect! And, I love the little media room. Well done, Chance, on picking this one to show us!

WOWWWW!!! I enjoyed the format of you seeing the house for the first time too--makes a nice switch-up. That sitting room in the Master bedroom could easily be a nursery for a large family, or a library, or the Homage To Star Wars Lego Room--you could really do a lot with it. Chance, you are a really fun guy :-) I think your wife is a very lucky and very patient woman (said with appropriate appreciation).

I love this home I love the hard wood floors throughout the living room/kitchen, make the master sitting room into a suite.

I love that the cabinets go all the way to the ceiling. The glass cabinets in the kitchen and the master bathroom are beautiful. I would just have a lighter color.

Hey Chance! It was fun to see this home for the first time with you! I like this home very much. I would not have the second floor. Looking at the floor plan, there is a coat closet where the stairs are. There are enough cabinets in the kitchen and dining room, no need for a pantry. A side door option puts the access to the water heater and furnace in the utility room. Much preferred over the water tank access in the master closet.
I am still watching for a doggie shower, or space for one, in the utility room. That was an awesome idea! I like the shower in the master bath. I don't use a tub very often. As long as there is a tub in the other bath, I'm happy. I don't know what I would do with the master suite retreat area. That or the Media room would need to be my craft room. From the start, I fell in love with the 2 bumps out, nice porch, plenty of cabinet space, and the parents retreat. There is no need for the 2nd floor for me.
The room in the master bedroom is a retreat. I love it this room is what I have been asking for.
It needs a pantry and also no carpet throughout if the floor is cold put down a rug. But in a well built home it should be no problem.
I want a free standing tub in the master bath love the shower.🦋
Having the very well thought out features downstairs with so much cabinet space in kitchen and dining area really no need for a pantry. I know many will not agree. But as a pantry fan I can say the layout is good enough for me. I bake and cook a lot. Space to work and storage is important. I could be good with this. The media room and flex space upstairs for a large room and bathroom with space for a game/hang out room allows kids especially older ones to have the upstairs while the adults can watch the game in peace. I really like this one. Only drawback I see is closet space in master but with a couple quality tall wardrobe pieces I can find room for my stuff once my wife filled the walk in.

Chance... This house is Amazing... the media room office/Den pull out couch for company...the awesome master bedroom....a office/t.v. room for that room...the attic...2 bedrooms bath game room and storage...this is awesome...don't care about a tub in the master....

Hi Chance Another great tour and great Vanderbilt home. Love the flooring and the kitchen is huge.Lots of space for moving around. I like the idea of a den off the living room. Watch tv on utube with Chance . Play cards with friends ,use the computer, listen to music Dens are great! Now the master bedroom with the sitting room. Wow!! I will take one of those. Great bath with shower Nice size closet and wow again for the sitting room. The upstairs is for a man cave, kids play area and an extra bedroom and bath I’m all set now. Thanks again chance for a fun and enjoyable tour. Kathy

I'm one of the ones who would like the soakers tub in the main bedroom and definitely want a pantry. But I know they have a list of options that can be made so I would have to look at that. LOVED the kitchen, don't like that you see it soon as you walk in. Media room I fell in love with too. Great tour Chance!
Oh MY!! This house is "(H)UGE(h is silent)as my Ma and I sez. Now this is a humdinger. Wide open living room, kitchen and dining room. No need for a pantry, copious cupboards. Laundry room has a sink, cupboards and counter space. Second bathroom, great size and ample storage. Secondary bedrooms are ample sized. The master bedroom...mine. That sitting area for me would hold my tv and many books. Separate walk in closet(yay)and the master bath, again generous storage. Almost forgot the media room which would be my den/library. The second storey would be finished with another full bathroom, complete with soaker tub and various nooks and such for the rest of my 3,000 plus books. Ahhhh to dream. Thank you Chance.

Hands down the best house ever.
This home is amazing! White cabinets and a fireplace in the living area would be better for me and I would have to have a bigger master bath with a garden tub. The bedroom is soo big take from it to add a bigger master bath. That is a must! This definitely is my kind of home.
Whenever you have a party, everyone ends up in the kitchen! It's gorgeous!! Chance, you can get you one of them there thesauruses and read in that there sittn' room! lol you crack me up!
