After installing the exe shortcut is created at desktop doest it also work for shortcut icon?

Hi.. once device is azuread joined, that account added to the admin group, that means he can do anything as an admin. But how EPM policy is enabled on this device if user is already an admin

Its not necessary.. there is a setting in Azure AD- if you enable that- then the user joining the machine to Azure AD does NOT become an admin in the device.
