I watch constantly but don’t normally comment. This series…I just loved it. My wife is from Mabalacat in Luzon and next time we go back home, I’m hoping to take a trip south to experience the wonderful culture of these islands. Thank you for opening my eyes to them.
This has been such a beautiful adventure. I suspect they will have a lot of new visitors to their islands as a result of your vlog series, and it will be well deserved, because it is such a beautiful place. Bud Bongao looks like a good hike with some very interesting sights. I would imagine it could be a bit perilous if you don't bring enough bananas for all of the macaques to get some. They don't look like they would take kindly to being left out of the feeding.🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒😱🍌🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒 Your friend's concrete work and welded rebar works are astig kaayo! What a craftsman!
I would like to ask all commentors here for Kumander Daot, as i do, don't you think Kamander Daot deserves a title so deserving to be assigned for official reporting on The National Geographic Chanel to be broadcasted worldwide. Greatest of All Time (GOAT) ! Was a very special talent of narration representation for all Filipinos in The Republic of the Philippines. BRAVO Sir Anselm Plummer. I Love this Channel
This has been a wondrous tour. Like you, I also would like to re-visit this unique part of the Philippines, even though it may e only as a video observer. I really enjoyed the side trip to Casa de Paz. I was blown away by this veritable piece of art incorporated into architectural design. Pure genius of the caliber of the Sagrada Familia of Barcelona or the imaginative work of Salvador Dali which will remain a wonder for generations to come.
Hello KD, this series is so awesome, thanks so much for featuring TAWI-TAWI and some of the most unreachable islands in our country....just enjoy and be safe......your experience in this island is unbelievible.......God bless.
It is very beautiful. Napakaganda talaga naman ng Pilipinas. The only thing, as always, is the garbage and plastics in the water. I really hope that this will change. Greetings from Germany
The next generation tawi-tawi, is possible to get popular, because of vloger like you💯💪 keep up the good work KD 💯💪 and keep safe and good health 💖👍💯 GOD BLESS PO 🙏🍒💖💯💪
Thank you for this vlog, kumander. What makes your vlogs special is the educational facts and legendary stories they convey, which makes them more enticing to watch. Keep up the wonderful job, KD. Keep safe, always, sir.
Thanks for the vlogs on these beautiful places in the south which I have never been and probably not set foot in my lifetime. And they speak Bisaya which I understand being from Neg. Occ. Safe travels and watching more of your vlogs.
The BARMM region somehow depicts how the Philippines looked like before the Spanish came. The region is the least visited and featured one in 'vlogshere'. Thus, daghang salamat KD!
How did you learn to speak bisaya? You are awesome! So smart Kumander! It’s fun to watch when people are surprised that you can speak bisaya and understand them.
Back in the days, there were so many foreigners visiting the islands as far as the 60’s missionaries are all over. I think in the 90’s the government prohibited the foreigners to go there. My husband is an American but went there anyway in 2024 to 2007 . It was a good experience for him even though Tawi2x was not yet fully developed.
I really enjoyed your videos, your visit to Tawi Tawi. May I ask you which tourists guide did you go through. And Zamboanga, your information will be well appreciated. Thank you.
I pray that Mindanao will become like Malaysia where Muslims and Christians co-exist for economic development and prosperity, and peaceful place for local and international tourists can visit ❤❤❤
Just don't act like a god but respect the local ways anywhere you go & you won't get in trouble. In the meantime the Philippines need clean public toilets in tourists areas. Kumander Daot, thanks for your effort.
Just subscribed to your channel.Wanted to ask is it safe for foreigner to visit Tboli settlement Lake Sebu area now?We might be in Gensan later this year to visit the wifes family.
Many times here in the states you will see Arabic decorations with prayer posters and art on the wall with Arabic writings for prayer and blessings on the walls inside shops. Many times you walk in or can not enter a business because it is prayer times and they are in back on rugs praying or closed for praying times. I wonder if you encounter that? Maybe not so many Arab people's in the Philippines like in Detroit area. It feels awkward to disturb business owners as you go in and see them in prayer rugs.
Yes sometimes they close businesses for prayer times. It really depends on the owners though. I noticed some do not practise so strictly. This is something I could talk about more once I learn and experience more of it...

The kindness of strangers is true across the whole Philippines in my experience.....unless you behave like a real d**khead then you're on your own 😉
