I have a 2005 1600cc Nomad, in 2024. Looks great, sounds great, runs great. The whole Kawasaki Vulcan series has some real winners. Mean Streets and others. This limited production of Drifters was to emulate the Indian. Did so well, Indian came back. I really love that theses riders embrace the appropriate gear to wear. Leather and denim. I am going to guess that these are mostly the 800 cc versions. Much better performance than the Suzuki 800 cc because it was 100 lbs lighter. If I had 1 critique of these folks is to get some patches on those leathers!! Its a small part of the population that dares to brave the open road on 2 wheels. Super vulnerable out there with 10 ton trucks and cars. BUT there is an even rarer and crazier rider... the ones that hop on the back, and have NO control.....🤔
I had a 2006 Drifter and liked it a lot. Never should have sold it. It only had about 7,500 miles on it. How could I add a photo of it on here? Thanks very much.
If anybody still out there this is the end of May 2024 and I just bought a 2006 800 Drifter what's 5,000 original miles on it for $3,000 we just bring it home got the windshield the crash bars Indian leather saddlebags in a solo seat with the Chrome metal around the back I took it for a drive yesterday I was just sweating a test drive I crashed it into a garbage can on the side of the street trying to turn it around already pray for me :-)😊
Beautiful Motorcycle's and Beautiful location's.

These seem to be very popular in Europe. Though the only one I see here by me is in my garage. 1999 1500 drifter (0990)
I have been monitoring for a long time and there are approximately 70 motorcycles in the Czech Republic Kawasaki Drifter (800/1500) !!!
