- This week I took myself Solo Off-Roading The Salisbury Plains During A Storm. I headed up the day before to find a nice spot to sleep in my stealth camper. I didn't check the forecast beforehand and it worked in my favour!
The wind and rain made for some exciting conditions and everything became a good challenge. From parking, cooking, and setting up my bed. Everything was hard work.
The next day I woke up to some beautiful views overlooking Stonehenge. With coffee prepared I was ready to hit up some Green Lanes across the Salisbury Plains. This would be my very first time.
My stealth camper VW Touareg is a beast. Carrying my bed, kitchen, and dog, the car took me across some exciting terrain. Almost getting stuck towards the end of my day made me realize I could do with some off-roading tyres. This will be my next purchase.

Epic man I’ve got a 2007 3tdi an I love it. When you said this car can do anything... they really can.
Nice one looks good fun, we did visit there few months back. But training was on so main bit was closed off.
Just pottered about around the outside main track.

I like get set up so far, is that bagged air suspension? anyway good camera work as well. i have gotten myself a grand vitara 2.4 petrol 5 door i've taken it offroad a little bit and it's very good I recommend getting all terrains good for the road and offroad{ make sure to lower the tire pressure before this type of stuff and I wanted to know how you started your Channel?
Love your vids... Btw, you need a better tyre... slap on Nokian Outpost AT in 265/65/17 ... I have them on mine and they are amazing and even M+S rated... very quiet onroad as well :)
Great adventures! Idea: take a pair of real rubberboots with you. These will be a fantastic asset to your adventures :)

It is! It’s the 2.5 TDI with all the goodies. I’ve owned it for around 8 months now and love it to bits:)
