Listen, I love Emiya. He's my favorite Fate character, but that doesn't mean I need an NP9 Emiya alter and an NP7 Emiya....please, FGO, please stop giving me Emiya. I do want other servants than Emiya.

While I don't bring him all that often anymore since I've committed heavily to the 3t looper grind, EMIYA was the one Servant who pulled me through F/GO's content before I began my downward spiral into gacha hell. He was my first bond 10, my first level 100, my first 10/10/10, my first NP5, my first 2k fou Servant, and my preferred tutorial gacha SR.
EMIYA will always be the most important Servant in my Chaldea even if all I have him do these days is cook in the kitchens.
So thank you, EMIYA, for being best mom. You're my GOAT.

i have him grailed and yeah he performs extremely well for a 4 star.
He goes absolutely crazy with the new buffs. You can basically treat his 3rd skill as getting a delayed 100% battery
I recently resurrected an old day one FGO account that I thought lost forever. Imagine my surprise to find that, not only was my Emiya NP4, but he was able to get this great new buff, As a cherry on top during my roll for Castoria on that account (which I got) I was also able to NP5 him. Good times.
as a level 100 6/10/10 emiya haver i can tell you he makes the game easy. he was my tutorial servant and still going strong
except the fact that i used 200 sq and got no emiya to even np2 him...
Even before all the buffs, my full focus has always GAR. Heck, I started FGO because I wanted to simply see his UBW.

He was my day one servant that I summoned. Got him up to lvl 100, fully bonded etc. and I use him SO much in my battles. He's saved my butt so much.

Emiya is my favorite husbando from Fate. I am so happy I got him to NP2 a little while back along with NP2 Lanling.
When I rolled for EMIYA, I ended up getting Sigurd, who is probably my most hated servant. Coping, seething, and malding.

Emiya in-game: practically A tier Servant
He's my star Archer even after Jarcher and Gilgamesh came to my Chaldea. Any anti-Saber team barring event bonus-specific fights will have Emiya in the frontline. I grailed Scathach to level 100 first because she's my reason for getting into FGO, but if I had more grails my Emiya would be there too. Unfortunately he's sitting at level 90 only for now. But his skills are maxed and he's my current gold Fous eater.

Even in the series emiya is a servant to be reckoned with as well as a hard counter to Gilgamesh who is considered king of heroes. He also took a good number of lives off of berserker in the fate route and Heracles is a top tier berserker too. So I don’t think he can be considered a weaker servant
I wouldn't call EMIYA a below average servant. He's quite easily one of the most competent servants in terms of anti-personnel combat. UBW is absolutely broken when it comes to match-ups.

Emiya in lore probably one of the best archer's because how he works in grail wars. It ll take some time to explain, but overall, he can do nearly anything.

Anchor servant. Grail-worthy servant. And all his command cards should have sword-emblem command codes.
If you have atleast NP3 you can stop, dont roll anymore, or else youll regret it in the future, he'll keep coming stealing your quartz from other Rateup Archers and youll eventually have him at NP20
But if you have less than NP3 its safe to roll
If you dont have him tho, you roll, no questions asked even if its 1 copy its worth it, since he also functions as a crit DPS and is really good at doing so
AND ONE THING ZTL MISSED is the fact that you can 6 CE slot farm with him, it says alot since he doesnt need scope to farm when Koyanskaya/Oberon system arrives in NA, well thats still 1 year ahead but once that comes? You can just slap 6 Farming CE's like Lunchtime and other shenanigans with him(i do this myself though there are very specific servants that you can do this with, Emiya is one of them guaranteed you have a specific comp to do so, another example is Cascu due to his recent buff in JP) or if you're worried about the farming damage you can slap him with Black grail and do fine with it, if you dont believe me a quick search in YT will help since theres tons of videos of him doing that, Pocketchalk and Xnaya's buster looping tierlist vids also mentions this
Emiya just need one castoria to loop wave 2. He's going to get much better with Koyan but he's already very flexible and strong.

I've been using EMIYA since day one since he was my tutorial summon, he and Sigurd took me through part one and they will always be some of my favorites because of it.
Do you know who else has a 10 hits Art NP but like all the time? Caster Gil. Except those cowards at DW decided to give him a separate NP gain stat for his NP that is half of his face card NP gain😭😭
DW: fixed a bug where Gilgamesh(caster) has lower np gain on his NP than his actual base stats *teehee* it's a bug guys Oopsies

As a new player, I pulled emiya about 3 months ago. And I never used him. I upgraded him and then his strengthing quest came out and goddamn is he fun. Especially this summer event he wrecks those crabs
Emiya is like wine, if well kept he improves over time. And in fact, in my opinion, he is one of the best archers even among the 5 *. With Castoria released recently on the US server he is a must to have. However, since he is an easy servant to recover, which often spooks at inopportune moments, I would not recommend throwing crystals on EMIYA. We must not forget what awaits us in the coming months.
You know what? I'm conflicted between Salter and Nero but EMIYA never come to my Chaldea despite the fact I have been playing for 2 years now. I'm going to pick him using the free 4 star ticket.
I've pulled him 10 times during my time playing fgo, one of my favorites and I've glad that we finally got this update for him

He can farm and do challenge Qs due to S2 and S3 with 4 star cost and super good availability since he is in the starting pool and every potential "archer spook". Easy EX tier.
I need a farming Archer, but he won't spook me again. I need more copies for both damage and append skills(non-limited SR servant coins suck ass). Everyone memes their NP20 Emiya and Fionns, but here I am with my sole NP1 copies. Even Stheno's only spooked me once and she was my first SR.
I got many Emiya spooks trough the years, during my Castoria pulls I got Np5 and I am glad he is good now.
I think he is good since he got his 2nd skill rank up. The 3rd rank up just made him more gimmicky and flexibility.
Saving for muramasa.

Getting to use him in this summer event with his new skill buff and 2x Castoria to see 200% refund for his NP was quite something. I have him at NP4 presently, I don't know if he'd get the whole 300% refund if I got him that final NP level or not but I imagine I'll find out eventually

I've been rolling for EMIYA on every rate up he's had for the past 2ish years(since I started) and I still don't have him. This dudes my favorite character in Fate and almost in general.

Emiya is and always will be best archer for me. He's level 100 (will be 120 one day), maxed stats and skills, and at NP3 he wrecks. Whether it's farming or challenge quests, I end up using Emiya more than Gilgamesh 😅

Emiya drops bit solid 20-30 stars with double castoria buffs. And usually you'll prefer bringing double koyan for the stars and crit buff EDIT Emiya will have a shared rate up with skadi on next year christmast. So hold your sq cuz thats a good banner

I got my NP1 Emiya to NP4 summoning for Castoria. Very happy about it.
I got castoria to NP2 while Emiya still NP1.

I'd argue he's NOT worth summoning for on account of being in the regular summoning pool, meaning everyone will likely get him or already have him as a spook, assuming they didn't get him from the tutorial roll.
Well, after one year playing I just got him and he's my first gold archer (Nigthingale doesn't cout).
My level 100, 7/10/10 skill, max fou, Np 3 Emiya was ready for Anni.
I just need another 11 copies of him to 120 and unlocked the last append skill.
I grailed him twice, but i got him only once 😭😭😭

nah you don't need to summon for Emiya. have 1.7k total log ins and I got him NP4 w/out even rolling for him. The real question is should you take your Emiya out of your 2nd archive? cause if you've been playing this game for awhile, then you probably gotten spooked by him atleast once
I've always said that Emiya is a 5 star in a 4 star suit and these buffs prove that fact

I gotta say, in a team comp, Emiya is hard to use, the double castoria system is not as effective since he can change the np for only 1 turn. as a solo servant, grailing him is almost mandatory, and his kit i do find it lacking as a solo servant (like a battery,np drain or even a heal)
You just have to use Buster NP T1 with Scope, give him 100% with 2 Castoria Turn 2 with Arts NP. He has easy 100% refund due to 10 arts hits. Then you Buster NP the final note. Make stars before final wave with S2 to crit down the last wave if necessary.
@@wraithofhammer i don't know why in this channel we're kinda assuming that kscope are easily accessible. i mean i have it, but i do remember that i got my first kscope around 2 years after started playing the game. also resources, i mean i got tons of guys i would grail before emiya. and this strat of yours is not universaly applicable. if wave 1 start with 40k hp enemies emiya won't clear it with his buster np. wave 3 same thing (card rng or the mob being having 100k hp)
@@alexanderlevi9558 for the first wave's KScope you can at least do a povo version with a MLB'd Imaginary Element and Arash for the first wave.
Plus, if we're presuming a low power account, those are the accounts that will get the most out of grailing servants like Emiya to be fair.
There's also plugsuit shenanigans too.
But at that point, kinda just y'know, Gong it?
@@Horizontalvertigo Yeah you mentioned the 2 servants (Arash and Gong) which on a low account I would suggest grailing first asap. and yes why use resources on Emiya where in farming you can just "Gong" it. Right now in farming there are plenty of other better options,in bosses scenarios I already said he doesn't work well in a team comp,he's got a completely self-centered kit so you would need to build a team around him. and I already pointed out his flaws as a solo, in the video he died multiple times and had to rely on the RNG guts from the necromancy ce

I had saved 800 sq for castoria
With the remaining 300 I rolled for Emiya and got 4 copies with np1 Sigurd .
I got Emiya and Osakabehime with a single 11x summon
I got him on my catoria pulling by chance. To be honest having jeanne archer and Castoria, I don´t really need him on NP2 but I am rerally tempted. At the same time I only have like 90 sq left and want to save for muramasa in January. I´m quite conflicted..... I feel he´s a servant who´s on rate up rather frequently or does my feeling confuse me?
bruh, keep saving, next thing u know, u might get spook by emiya on muramasa banner and that would not be pog.
Yeah, he's a permanent servant, you're pretty likely to roll him rate up or not. More often people are annoyed when he shows up uninvited if anything.

You see when I first played FGO I got bored so I uninstalled it then when I downloaded it again I got repulsed by the gacha system but there's one thing I learned that made me play it again for the 3rd time and that is I can actually reroll for Emiya and then I decided to not stop until I MAX Emiya (yes I did spend every single new players resources in him while only making my other servant "playable")

@@intoexileimustgofailedihav8027 Yeah, there are some CCs that can enable Honey Lake damage and make it really consistent, including one you can get in this event. But one copy is all you really need. MLB is just a 5% increase (from 35% to 40%). Nice to have, but not necessary.
Honey Lake? Not really. It sounds quite fun for certain solo runs if your servant can consistently inflict burn. But for most players and most quests, it's not really worth going all the way to MLB it.

Then suddenly wave 3 you have 100% np charge but no buster buffs.
Its okay maybe in turn 1 coz low HP mobs but turn 3?

Weird servant for farming l must say. Atalanta is way easier and chill to use
S.musashi weakness is "she couldn't loop on 2 enemies wave". It's always good to have alternatives for art looping strategy. I'm not particularly talking about emiya but S.musashi definitely not make all aoe farmer useless. Tbf Space ishtar kinda does make other aoe less valuable but still in the real big wave you're gonna need the real class advantage(x2) looper.
