I recall John 6:54-57 NIV:

My beautiful brother in Christ, I have been following you for a minute now and enjoying every word of prayer you have shared. I'm so grateful.
Last week I began having communion at home. To God be the glory. I thought this morning, do my brother have a prayer for communion and WOW!!! You do and I'm once again I'm in awe of our Heavenly FATHER, who knows how blessed your holy words have been to my life.
