      Brother simple, before or after nive decide madkoli, but the thing is at least ondu meal and innodu meal na madye 2-3 hours gaps irli aste and starting agirdrindha per day onde time kudiri, and adra jothege yenadru physical activity add madkolli (sports, gym, yoga etc) any of them.

      Night this might be feels you full, so my suggestion is take it in morning or before workout (45 minutes ), this will help you to grow your muscles faster.
