WinRar and Paint.Net are not my files, that's just their standard procedure when it comes to download the softwares
You need to accept to clarify that you agree that the downloaded file installs the software onto your computer (winrar or paint.net), all softwares do this

you only need the IMAGE, so you could potentially take it from your actual minecraft gameplay folder too
