  • Today we will See about the Input Output list which is a document of the instrument which is used in Field & Control unit. With the help of I/O List we can understand the specifications of the respective instruments i.e I/O description, Tag No., Location,I/O Types,signal,Power supply,units & Range etc. Theses information of the instrument that will help you in programming of that instrument in plc, Because in PLC programming also we have to put the description, Tag No.,signal,units & Range etc.

      Transmitter se hum signal le rahe hai
      Aur control valve. Ko signa de bhi rahai aur (position) le bhi rahe hai

      Every slightest change that is possible and detected by transmitter is being communicated to the processor hence it's always AI, while control valve on other hand can act as direct shut off or shut on valve or with the help of positioner valve stem position can be adjusted hence it can be DO or AO.

      It's very simple, jab hum kisi bhi transmitters ko use karte hai to vo hame show karta hai ki pressure kitna hai flow kitna hai temp kitna hai yani vo hame sirf batata hai ki value kya hai yani bus hame input deta hai or ye transmitters hame 4-20mA signal se hame value ko show karvata hai isiliye ye Analog hai, so isko hum Analog Input bolte hai or AI bolte hai
