Allyship and Active Engagement

This lesson focuses on deepening the understanding of allyship in the workplace and allyship practices that can impact the recruitment and retention of equity-deserving groups. Participants will explore the meaning of active allyship and be provided space to reflect on practices and/or explore methods of allyship.
