It costs a ton of money to produce a cookbook. :)

My husband is not a fan of onions but he doesn’t mind onion powder can I use onion powder for this recipe?
Sure, leave the onions out, and sprinkle about 1 tsp of onion powder on the ground sausage as it cooks.
