You really need to spread your carbs out throughout the day. With that being said, that is way too many carbs for one day, let alone one meal. With every major health issue you pray and promise to do better then you go right back to your old habits. This is no way to live.

Those cookies look so nice but I've always found the idea of dipping them (or Oreos) in cold milk a bit strange. People here (UK) dip bicuits (hard crunchy type of cooke, not American biscuits) in hot drinks so that they go soft. I may be biased as I don't like milk though.
My daughter had brought me subway ready for me after I returned from my day surgery lol pain killers drowsy it was sooooo good I haven’t had in sooooo long chicken teriyaki cucumber tomato extraaaa black olives sweet onion sauce lettuce it went down well after fasting and surgery laying in bed and tonight they ordered kfc chicken I only had one small piece , omg yes I agree the subway cookies are so good have you tried ALD’S melting moment biscuits they melt in mouth I’m going grab one now lol enjoy my beautiful
