Block the canals that feed the lagoon, enlarge the outlet at Chalia, let the lagoon drain. The civilians will run to the Army. You dont need to fire a single bullet, dont need to risk the lives of soldiers or civilians.
I cant say this any more.

We should translate these agony, stories of IDP's in to English, French, German & Hindi and show in many media platforms to counter Tamil properganda.. I have even suggested this to this to MOD. We are not using this god given chance.
