I manifested weight loss and changed myself concept I literally have people tell me my body is muscular and strong that I have an amazing body 🥰 they also asked me what I do to work out I don't work out i would love to tho it's literally what I tell myself every day I start with I love my body my body is strong muscular and amazing and my back is very strong and amazing I work on myself love to fill myself up every day I also think weight loss is about the little things you do everyday by challenging yourself to do them and I think it's not just about telling yourself amazing things it's about feeling amazing which changes everything thank you so much you look so beautiful 🥰❤️
