She was so stunning. Specially in her younger years, she had that perfect beauty of the 1950s. It's funny that she had such a strong personality, because she had a sort of "soft" beauty, in a way. Something about her eyes? I can't describe it.

I had only realised how stylish and gorg she is this early 2020. Her wedding pic appeared on my ig explore page. And I love it. She is very elegant and her style is timeless. RIP Princess.

Vanessa Kirby was perfect casting for her
Unfortunately she really wasn't. Her acting was fine, but Vanessa is just much too large to play Princess Margaret. The Princess was a very petite woman, smaller even than Queen Elizabeth, and Vanessa towers over Claire Foy. They should have found someone of the right body frame.

That actress isn't particularly small...she is probably above average height for a woman. Perhaps not as tall as Diana, no, but not so short that it is a problem, and her acting is superb!
Margaret was beautiful and is the epitome of a modern princess. Truly ahead of her time. Love her and Princess Anne. Totally underrated 2nd born kids.

saddest thing she said: "i guess i'll be second best to my grave", and what she said happened. in everyone's eyes she was a rebellious, bad, vain kid. she was such a lovely woman and i know that she went through a lot of pain because she was always compared to her sister, she didn't get to marry the man she loved, had an awful divorce, and just relied on the alcohol and smoking to keep her away from all the sadness and that's what made her rebellious. rest in peace, Princess. i want you to know that you looked very lovely as always and that i know you're with your father now who truly loves you.
fun fact: she was father's favorite, but Liz had to take over because she was older and Margot was devastated that their father was gone, because she felt the best love she could feel from her dad.

She could have chosen to marry Townsend but the fact is she chose to not give up her royal lifestyle for love. Plus it has been reported that the affair had cooled for them both after the time apart so it wasn't quite so dramatic of a break up for them.

I don't think it's that, perhaps some of it. People need to realize that Diana got credited with a lot of things the royal family were already doing, though. Like Princess Anne for instance, she worked tirelessly in Africa to help the poor and sick but no one cared, but as soon as Diana did the exact same thing she was hailed as a Saint. I can imagine that would get irritating

Prince Philip is actually very handsome, their offsprings though isn't that much, especially Charles.
@@abrokenrain9519 The Queen, his father the King, and the King before him, all good looking (generally speaking, almost all descendants of Victoria, including Prince Philip are good looking) so one could assume the problem did not lie on the Windsor's side. But then I look at Princess Margaret's children, also not very good looking, so where's the common denominator? My guess is the Bowes-Lyon's gene, aka the Queen Mother's side of the family.
