Great work! I wish more Chicanos and Chicanas would understand that we have a totally different cosmology than the Indo-Europeans. One which considers “Nature as sacred “. There is one big misunderstanding in the Mayan and Aztec history. The planet Venus is often mentioned but in fact absolutely unimportant for life on our planet. This planet is depicted with two different symbols. One of them is correct, but the other is a symbol of the planet Quetzalcoatl, a serpent in the sky that destructs our planet. And the famous sun stone is the most solid execution of this symbol that is also depicted on many cylinder seals from Sumer. Tonatiuh is one of the names for it which does not refer to the sun. The sun stone shows much additional information that is not understood.
