The aluminum multi tiered trays is actually a vintage dinner/lunch bucket used by coal miners. I’m sure it could be used by churches as communion or offering trays, or any of the other suggestions offered here, but when men went down into the mines this is what they had their food packed in. I live in the coal mining communities of East Kentucky and have seen many of them.
Thanks Professor Locker Nuts! My husband and I learn a lot from you, we also buy junk and sell treasures. We are on eBay pretty much exclusively. It is strange but we LOVE picking through junk we both have done it for years. Now we are paying for our house with our fun! We have been blessed with amazing purchases much like your train locker and collector estate but not the same scale at all. Some day when we have space I want to do what you do! (Just online auctions not the RUclips stuff, too camera shy.) Thanks for the free education, I do enjoy the little window into your success! Thank you for sharing! 🎓 💕Bright Blessings💞 AB&RV, Oregon
Loving the garage sales and the way you and Janna work together. It's so great to see the respect you have for each other. I was drooling over the glass pieces you found. Fact is, I love all your videos Jack. Somethin about the way you chat so naturally as you start digging into a locker that it really feels like you are talking to actual people rather than a camera. You are also a really good editor. I feel the same eager anticipation when you unlock and push up the shutter on a locker and that's why I'm still watching after 18 months of trying not to miss ANY. You're better than Netflix Jack! 🤠
Keep doing the garage sale/picking videos! I love them! I was going crazy looking at the beautiful glass at that estate/garage sale! I was talking to you, Jack, at 21:28, to PLEASE pick up the EAPG Blue Opalescent, West Virginia Glass Co. No. 205 aka: Polka Dot Barber Bottle, circa 1894!! 128 year old Barber Bottle!! Ack!!! 😮😯😂 Vintage and antique glass is my main area of expertise. I was thrilled that ya's grabbed the Bohemian swung vase and the Polish 'Jellyfish' Jozefina Krosno vase! I currently have a brown, different shape one in my inventory. There was lots of Bohemian Glass...those heavy enameled sets are beautiful. It's real gold they use to paint them, BTW. Great video! I had fun trailing along with yas, but as a picker/reseller myself, it's hard to watch and not be able to PICK TOO!! 😂🤣 Thanks for taking me along! God Bless! ✝💜
Well said with the crazy cost of living crisis world wide anything people can do is a bonus . In the U.K. the avg household electric price is now £4000 ($5000 ) per year that’s like $100 a week just for elec how a single parent is ment to pay is max it’s a case of HEAT OR EAT 😟😟😟😟 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@builditfrom0 it has went from $1400-1600 a year ( last August) to $4000 now in October rises to $5000 … it’s getting crazy here petrol is £1.81 diesel £1.91 ( $2.05 petrol $2.20 diesel ) that is per litre
I have 2 of the multi tiered aluminum dishes. One mine and the other I got from my mother-in-law when she passed in 1993. We used them to take food to homecomings at church and to feed families who had death in their family. I live in the Deep South so we tend to feed people when things like that that happen. Also I have one of the vases you bought on this video. I love it. I also bought the cast iron waffle maker this past Monday. It hasn’t arrived yet.
The camping set, the bottom one is the cooking pan and it would be a handle that goes on the bottom one. The canteen sets used to use the same style handle. That's a really nice set though!
Hey Jack! Love when you pick with your wife I like her items 🤗. The aluminum carry trays was for picnics my grandmother had one she would place entire meals including a home made pie! Appreciate how careful you are when handling sellers items so respectful!
I love watching Janna at garage sales she just walks ups and just starts talking, so friendly! Jack with the band around the money kills me, reminds me so much of my hubby, he used to do that.
I love these videos! Yay keep them coming. Love seeing all the finds and the excitement you show. I also love to see the sellers relieved and happy to make the money off items they've placed for sale. So wholesome, I have many happy memories of garage sales with my mom. dad and little brother. Go, go, go, go!
On those 9am sale starts, it's no different than a 9-5 job hours, so to me its perfect sense. Starting at 8 is kinda early, especially if you drive your kids to school on a weekday yard sale for example. 9 is perfect to me. I wouldn't go out yard sale shopping at 8. That's just my pov so maybe that was theirs too? Lol
Enjoyed Jack, garage sales look like a lot of fun over there. Excellent profit, looking forward to seeing the next video around the indoor place. Enjoy stay safe. 🙏
The tiered metal container/carrier thing reminds me of when I was a kid and my mother was working we used what was called a "cantina" service. We would pick a week's menu and each afternoon one of these would be left on our front doorstep (long before anyone even dreamed of being a porch pirate) with our piping hot meal for that evening. Usually 4 tiers - main course, two sides & dessert. It was always delicious and that find sure brought back some wonderful memories! Thanks for that!
I love all of your videos. I love your sorting method going through lockers. I I love that your family is involved, and I love that you are a Christian father and man.. I like that you share your numbers. I look forward to any of your videos!
I’m loving the garage sale videos. I’d probably be too lazy to clean n use it but that old cast iron waffle maker was really cool. Keep up the great work 👍🏻
The Kutani piece is a high end artist pottery piece that can range in value from 100 to 500. Depends on if it has silver foil in the paint. Silver foil pieces go for more.
Some really unusual finds, I especial loved the waffle maker and would’ve kept that for myself. I liked the guy that you did 3 rounds with, his stuff was amazing. I thought you might have bought the box that those items were in, it was very intricate.
No one subscriber in the Philippines I"m enjoying watching your RUclips account. Your show locker nuts is locky itself because both of you are good Samaritan also.
Such an interesting video Jack, I think I had nearly as much fun watching you two finding some really great stuff. I love to hear what you think of an item before you buy it (or not as the case may be!!!!). Love you words on the crazy prices of things these days and how everyone can do this to get a bit of extra money in to off-set the price rises everywhere. Love to you all. Jill Birmingham U.K. XXXX
Near where you were with the cracked paperweight was a vintage pewter dimpled cocktail shaker with a lid on the spout - probably from the 20s and would be worth some money
I'm tempted to move to California so I can go to all the yard/moving sales of the folks moving out of state. But then I'd be living in crazy backwards land, so I'm torn....
What a great video. Somevl of the places were bit overpriced. But you did get some amazing stuff. Looks like fun to I loved the house with all the jewellery and glass and stuff x
😁👋👍👍👏👏💕🙏🏻 I totally enjoy the yard sale picking. I would see such interesting things. And great prices I have not been off my property in five years. Except for hospital, doctors, my sister's funeral and once my a couple years ago my husband took me out for a drive in the country.

Great way to spend a Saturday morning up early, walking, fresh air, making $ & with Janna doesn’t get any better! Be Well Be Safe & Stay Blessed.
The aluminium set is known as a Tiffin box. It originated in India as a way to transport a complete meal.
It reminded me of the trays they brought communion around in my Baptist church growing up.

That's crazy expensive. In India for a middle class family yearly elec bill is around 300-400 USD .

In rural Missouri our electric is between 300.00 to 400.00 a month right now 😳
They’ve said they think it will reach £6000 by the end of the year 😢
Really enjoyed watching you and your wife shopping , great finds‼️
Love the garage sales video! Super fun and great so much information on how to make extra cash. Keep them coming.
Thanks so much Stephen!

Go, go, go, go!
The bracket on the metal stacked container is for the handle. You take the handle off when heating the content.
I loved this video...I felt like I was at the garage sales with you...
Awesome! That's always my intention, to bring others along. Glad it's coming through that way.
You're missing the handle for that aluminum sectioned pans for camping.
The aluminum stacking trays is for camping or picnics. We used to have one. If I remember correctly the bracket had a Dixie cup holder for paper cups.

I'm astounded at some of the prices you got at auction, but especially the token collection. Wowzer!
Dude, sells Wiis on his auctions for $200 when they normally go for $40 on eBay. As a fellow flipper, respect!

The medal tiered container reminds me of going to church. Reminds me of what our pastor used to pass communion throughout the pews.

My kind of yard sale, variety, vintage no clothes.
The aluminum multi-layer container is a tiffin box. Used in India to send lunch to workers.
Near where you were with the cracked paperweight was a vintage pewter dimpled cocktail shaker with a lid on the spout - probably from the 20s and would be worth some money

I'm not a fan of garage sales but happy that you and Janna enjoy them . Nice to see that you make some money on their resale auctions .
Love the car shirts and hats🤩 oh and that cow palace staff hat🔥
The one bowl you picked up and said from pl
Poland was a Jozefina Kroznos art glass compote. You should have grabbed that one.
Sorry saw you had picked it up later. Love that polish artist stuff. Most of what she does imitates the sea. That is supposed to imitate an octopus .
I would have loved to own the guy's storage lockers as killer stuff as he had that said we will not disappoint any storage would love to have
😁👋👍👍👏👏💕🙏🏻
I totally enjoy the yard sale picking. I would see such interesting things. And great prices
I have not been off my property in five years. Except for hospital, doctors, my sister's funeral and once my a couple years ago my husband took me out for a drive in the country.
That Wagner waffle iron went for $95on EBay. I would put it up for live auction
