Lovely couple. Sardajis have always been hard working. they dont feel ashamed doing any job offered to them. I had many sardarji friends and have personal experience. When i am next in india, will make efforts to pay visit to them and sample their offerings. With such support from wife, he will go a long way in life. god blesd them.

I would suggest that the Potato used in the Masala should be FULLY COOKED. From what I saw, the Potato is not fully cooked.
