Annihilation would really benefit from a checkpoint system, it could work kinda like in trials for navigator or sss, after every 50 or 100 kills it could pause the game, redeploy cooldowns and all hp, dp and sp recovery, give you 10 to 20 seconds to retreat or deploy operators, and after that it unpauses and records your current deployments, cooldown, health, dp and sp as a checkpoint from which you can start playing from. This would really make annihilation feel much more enjoyable I believe, as you would only need to stall enemies once, and the result would be recorded in the checkpoint. Btw, incredible clear, once again Dobermommy squad showing how powerful they can be
@@ILoveAmiya You're right, the problem is that annihilation it's designed in a way so that low level players (ones with no elite 1 or 2 yet) can clear at least a small part of the map, while you need to be an experienced player with multiple elite 2 operators to clear all 400 enemies. That's why it often feels like only the last 100 enemies matter. They really should divide annihilation in 2 or even 4 stages that divide the number of enemies equally, but that won't happen if the logic behind what annihilation is supposed to be does not change, and knowing that it took them 3 years to add the quick clear tickets for annihilation I don't think it will happen soon
One of the biggest problems for me with Annihilations is that when I make a mistake, I'll have to redo the entire thing, wait for like 10; 15 of auto just to get to the same point again, it would have been a whole lot better if they can add some kind of checkpoint system so you can fast forward to a specific milestones
damn Plume the Omertosa and Fang the Winter Frost (winter = zima in russian ahem ahem) are some dope looking alters, very pog ok meme aside, I really love these kinds of masochistic clears with commentary, i feel like it makes me better both at playing the game and appreciating it!
Good work, another great run by I Love Stalling! jokes aside, I really love this kind of commentary and I know it takes effort and time to edit it, but it'd be great to see more of this!
teacher: - Vanilla, who do you want to become once you graduate school? Vanilla: - I want leave my half-paid merc job and join the Family! teacher: - Fang, who do you want to become once you graduate? Fang: *swears in Ursus* - I don't plan to graduate.
Yep, that’s definitely Fang and Vanilla. Also Ashlock is 3 star confirmed 😂 Anyway, this was pain, and I appreciate your efforts and commentary to help us understand this map more.
you already mentioned it twice during the run, but still, seeing ansel yeet his medicine literally across the whole damn map will never not be funny, what were they thinking giving this abselutely busted range extension to a 3* uwu bunny boy, he's got stronger arms than any unit in the game. Also I really enjoyed to see this type of commentary, always makes such long challenge runs much more fun to watch if you get to know the thoughts put behind the strategy and have someone explain it to us mere mortals
Fang alter and Vanilla alter look so different than I imagined. Also I loved the commentary, with this kind of thing where there's a lot of precision, it's way better to see it explained imo
Really big brain on several fronts, the most important to me was the double bait for the "Ashlocks". They can ruin the entire run by killing the towers and there are not many ways of dealing with them in this map.
Wow, this clear took way more thinking than I put in when I did it. "The top lane is waves of low-defense enemies with the occasional high-defense enemy, which is why I'm putting Midnight there" meanwhile, I just tossed Siege there to take care of them all. And then stalling to get DP and retake machines? Yeah, I didn't even consider that being a possibility
NSR music goes hard. Question, I'm not good at video editing and I want to get better at it. When you do your text are you adding a half-transparent background to it? Or is it like a shadow/backdrop? I don't know the terms of it lol, but I like how you do your text and wanted to emulate that! Also, please do more commentaries, it's great to see your thought process.
Out of curiosity, how long does planning out and finalizing these clears take? My small brained ass can only plan by gut feeling and sheer instinct, so it's hard to imagine how long it'd take for a proper strat to come together for a map this long and challenging with 3 star ops.
Fang became an ursus student and Plume an ex-mafia member, proud of them

I think they should just make it 200 enemies like DM-MO and TW-MO. I hate Annihilation but I loved those 2 maps

"This Is Why I Never Play Annihilation"
*proceeds to play it like a boss*
Just because you're good at it dosent mean you like it
The commentary makes it so much better. It’s really nice having the insight of the clear process, please do more of this kind of video if possible
Props to the time you've taken for this vid man, also definetly nothing wrong with Fang and Plume there, must be some cool new skins
I love the new Fang and Vanilla alters you showcased today, cool clear

Added commentary is always appreciated, especially from 3* clears, cheers
I did like seeing your thought process!

Thanks for the video! The commentary does make a huge difference, it is way more fun having an insight into the strategy when watching the clear.

what about folinic bro?
Commentary is such entertainment. Also 15 min video is not long at all for annihilation with how tense your clear is.
Fang alter and Vanilla alter look so different than I imagined.

I see Fang and Plume have been dragged into the movie making business by Nian. I wonder who's next. 🤔
Poor low ⭐ Vanguard, must retreat in the middle of the battle
New fang skin looking great!

me when the stalling process took so long fang became an ursus student and plume joined the mafia, and even had time to leave
i really clenched i thought oren was about to get ammo back and just yeet someone
Awesome clear! Annihilation is rough, but your commentary is pretty nice to have! 😄
With the comments it's like you can speak but with written words, that's cool
The power of Xeno ost nostalgia fueling this run
Great clear 👍,I wouldn't have the patience even if I had the brain to do 😅
Good work, you're pretty cool

lore doctor:
I want Dobermann to get a 3* brawler alter where she's wearing training gloves so she can spar with the recruits
More of yhe commentary stuff. It's fun. Also, I do care about them hitting.
Only thing I can say is
Holy fucking shit
NSR music goes hard.

The Video editor I'm using calls it a brush, It puts a background around all text. I set it to 80% Opacity so it's slightly transparent.

For this annihilation I spent a couple days thinking about stuff but that's mostly because it takes so long just to do a single attempt
this has got to be the weirdest case of race swapping I’ve ever seen
💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖✨✨✨
Impossible clears...
Bro i barely beat this map with 6 6*💀
jokes aside tho, why did you change the vanguards?
To speed up the stalling segments where I need to make as much dp as possible
自分が星5と星6大量に入れても勝てないのはバグですかね?
Skill level,Operator level and it's utility in battle is pretty much the thing you need I guess.
Hope you can google translate it.
Lack of PS is too desperate...

Is it me or you can only stack max 599 DP in Annihilation? My max was over 300 lul
Nice run btw must been a pain dealing with every attempt
Goes up to 999
Dobermann and her students get into a shootout over some gelato.
