Since childhood when I saw movie who memory are loss I wander how do they still remember language, environment, animal,plant, about car n so many things?
Actually, it depends. When somebody loses memory, it's mostly due to loss of blood supply to a particular part of brain. Now if the impact is hard enough, he might even lose his speech as he is not able to remember words to express.
