As a former long term care giver, I see a crash mat by his bed, a door alarm so he doesn't wonder out by himself. When there was an alarm going off one time, I ended up 'chasing' down an alzeimers patient down the street with her gown flying wide open, I can't help but think of someone having to do this with Biden.

Biden appeared on Seth Myers last week, and he was smart, funny, and very coherent, and spoke in clear, continuous sentences that did not include whining about toilets, windmills, and whales,etc.

Biden isn't the only president to swim naked though. John Quincy Adams used to swim naked in the Potomac River almost daily in the nice weather.
As for the sunglasses, General Douglas MacArthur was an old man (for that era) during World War II and Korea. He was in his 60's and was 71 when Truman relieved him. MacArthur had a bunch of tricks he used to make himself seem younger and more fit. He was famous for his sunglasses which were the same aviator style that Biden wears. I read a long time ago that those sunglasses were actually prescription glasses and were used to hide the fact that he needed to wear eyeglasses at that stage of his life I was thinking perhaps the same might be true with Biden. Honestly, I've never seen a man in his 80's, much less a president, wear aviator glasses like some 20 year old college frat guy or some 23 year old Navy pilot.
MacArthur once said "he never told the truth when a lie would suffice" when referring to FDR. I'd LOVE to hear what he'd have to say about Biden!

We'll never know how things might have gone if FDR hadn't compromised between their approaches. Many say the Philippines was unnecessary. I think Peleliu was unnecessary, but what do I know?

Later on I read it somewhere. My father was actually stationed in Japan during the allied occupation under MacArthur after the Japanese surrendered. My father couldn't stand him.
