Hello TK , even though you're my mom's age it just doesn't sit right saying Mama cause your still so youthful. New subbie here and even though I'm 23yrs old I find myself binge watching your content rather than watching my age mates ... anyways sending my love 💕.
Hey Babe, welcome. Oh please no ‘mama’🤣even my nephew and nieces call me TK. I’m so glad to have you here. I hope you will enjoy your stay💗thanks for love
I tried watching the vlog last night but wifi wouldn't play it because we haven't had power for two days. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm still so happy to have finally met you❤🤗🙏🏾
I second you her personality and her smell unmatched 😂You will never catch TK without a fresh smell.I am not a hugger neh but she gives genuine hugs as well
You looked so great at the Besties Breakfast! I do agree about the double standards - I've been called coconut, oreo etc just for liking art and cappuccinos! Like, this is not the flex you think it is - we as black people deserve the WORLD, all the hobbies and interests we naturally gravitate towards. Whiteness/blackness is what you make it.
I love how aunty T is inclusive of her fellow growing YTers. I was hoping to also see KebaM and Nomsa Mzozo. I pray all of you do to get discouraged and quit but you all grow steadily and make loads of money on here.
She has such a big heart, she wanted everyone there but just couldn’t get everyone there. She is walking in something, so hopefully all our faves will be in one roof
I'd like to comment on the double standards topic. I think it's 2 things: 1. Historically black people have been shamed and degraded by white supremacists for being their authentic self's. From our hair, body types, accent, culture, food , skin colour ect... I think that's why we find that black people are extremely defensive about alot of things. Its a mixture of fear and trying to over correct the past. 2. It's easy for us young black people to lose our identity nowhere days because we are exposed so much information and teaching of other cultures. If the older generation do not bring correction then we won't be aware of our indigenous identity. The way this correction is communicated is not always productive and can lead to people shutting down instead of listening and having an open mind. I think in general the older black community has alot of agressive over correcting tactics.
