From the surface, this anime seems like a lighthearted, girly cartoon for little girls, but it's now as an adult where I truly recognize the brilliant build-ups of the very emotional moments in this anime and the importance of music to create such scenes. Having said that, the team responsible for the music did a WONDERFUL job. This piece is one of the many perfect examples.
This is it, the pinnacle music piece of the series for me. The amount of storytelling, emotion and growth it provides on it's own is outstanding. Sometimes I have to remind myself that it's an arrangement of HEART MOVING because it feels sorely unique on it's own. It's a song that feels like it has an imprint on my life and I'll forever be grateful to it, Sailor Moon and Takanori Arisawa for this.

There's no anime that will ever beat the scene in which Usagi pulls herself together after mourning her friends. And there never will be.
