    The stick is not certified for aviation purpose, we are not responsible for any accidents which are directly or indirectly caused by the grip stick. It is strongly recommended to use an aluminium insert for strength reasons and don´t controle the glider with the head of the remote stick!

    Hi Stefan, great work yours!! Could you please supply also the 3D files (not STL but IGES or STEP or any other 3D extension). I would like to modify the model according to my needs.

    Klasse!! Bin auf die Fortsetzung gespannt. Ne liste mit allen verwendeten Teilen bei OpenVario wäre super. Ist die Software opensource? Das erinnert stark an xcsoar. Grüße

      Vielen Dank!

    Hi and thanks for creating the stick and the video. I plan to print the stick on my 3d printer. A question for you, there are three versions of the stick, KnueppeIV31, Stick v1 and stick V32. What are the differences between them and which one should I use? Does the front plate fit all three versions?

    Hi Stefan,
    Do you have stl files for the grip, faceplate and rubber told you can share that match the current pub on the OpenVario project?

    Hey Stefan,
    hast du die Teileliste für den Knüppel irgendwo hinterlegt? Ich habe keine Infos für den 4 Tasten Knüppel gefunden. Die Schurtler Taster scheinen es ja nicht mehr zu sein.

    This is great. Thank you for posting. Will you release the STL file & dxf for the stick & leather? Alternatively would you be willing to sell a bare stick, without electronics?

    • @SteFly
      @SteFly  8 лет назад +2

      Hi John, I will upload the STL file, but don´t have an dxf for the leather. You can also get a bare stick from me. Cheers, Stefan

      Thank you very much for making it available. I'm going to have a go as it looks like fun, but I doubt it will look as professional as yours!

      SLSoaring thanks it prints very well. I guess I need to test fit it in my glider as it looks wide.
      is the home on the back for a vario/stf switch?

    Hi Stefan, Do you perhaps have a cad file/STL available for the "front panel" ? the one in which the buttons will be? Thanks a lot! I looks great!

    What material did you use for the stick? Was it ABS?

    • @SteFly
      @SteFly  6 лет назад

      Yes, I use ABS!

    • @ripacheco1967
      @ripacheco1967 5 лет назад

      You MUST use ABS or another material not affected by heat like PLA. PLA is what people normally use for 3D printing because it is very easy to print. On an Aircraft I would NEVER use PLA.
