Goodness I love the in-law suite. To be perfect, I think it would need direct access to the outside (which some have), and some type of cooktop in the "kitchenette." I like the ones that use a smaller under-counter fridge, allowing more counter space .... which would allow perfect space for some type of cooktop. This area is what makes this model special/different, but with those touches it would be perfect to me.
I agree! These don’t have the direct access from the outside BUT the inside garage access comes out into the hallway leading to that room. It’s really like having a private entrance.
Hi Kim. This is the standard package for The Camden. The cabinets and sink are not an upgrade, they come with this floor plan in Jubilee Farms subdivision.
My Camden in Saraland has the water line hook (I have pictures as proof)up but I was told that they made a mistake so they covered the cutout with a square piece of Sheetrock. I questioned this decision and was informed by the superintendent that the cabinet/sink would cost me an additional $7,000 even thought my Camden is a D11 floor plan build. I know that I was suppose to have this feature however I was spoken to so nasty until I just let it go but I’m so unhappy with my experience. I’m now seeking the knowledge needed for me to gain my rightful floor plan D11 and everything that should’ve come with that build.
They are allowed. There are some restrictions on the color and type of fencing that is allowed. It does all have to be approved by the HOA. And the height of the fence might also have a restriction depending on your lot location.
