Only positions were missing with depth RW: Moore, Son, Odobert & Werner are LW, Kulu now in the midfield so we only have 1 natural RW. Maybe Yang could come in on that side but I don't know if that's his side naturally. LB: Spence is a RB, Davies & Reguilon are not good enough to be Udogie cover. I would look at someone like Patrick Dorgu. LCB: Davies is not good enough to cover for Van De Ven. I do believe Dorrington, Phillips or Vuskovic can play in that role. GK: I know we have depth for keepers but I don't think it's quality. Austin, Whiteman & Forster are not good enough to be 2nd choice. I would look at Carl Rushworth or Michael Cooper as 2nd choice then Gunter as 3rd.
I want to see Luca Gunter given more chances but realistically I know a 19 y/o keeper won’t be getting much game time even though from what we’ve seen he’s more convincing for me than some of our other options
@@AndresCosas I agree, can't trust the other 3 as backup to Vicario. Might need a loan or 2 in my opinion. Definitely longterm replacement for Vicario.
we do have strength in depth, coupled with promising youngters coming through as well. quality of bench can always be improved on, either instantly through transfers or by giving support and chances to perform for both youngsters and players from substitutes bench. the only position that is lacking is lb, where natural left-footed player would be an upgrade on davies, who in turn can still do the job this season as lcb. coys
Madders had a great game. It was simply cover for Udogie, who was getting smashed by Bowen & a response from the Brighton game. Stats showed that Madders ruled, buy we also need to curate his playing time to cover the season. Deki is by comparison, an absolute machine.
The position that needs covering badly i think is 'Keeping, i do think the players that cover for Vic are sub-standard for a premier league side, i agree 100% about the lack of quality we have there, The Ange Sympathizer. COTS!!!
We’re empty up top. As always, we’re packed in the midfield, and I think we’re actually deep enough at the back as well. We’re one Son or Solanke injury away from being fucked though.
Jesper Karlsson is going on the market in January, think a loan with buy option would be a perfect solution for him and Tottenham Hotspurs.... Better winger that him will not be in the market, when he is 100% well ....then he is one of the best winger in Europe 🙏
How do you bring youth through if every gap is filled. Vuskovic, Dorrington, Donlet, Devine, Lankshire captain of the U21's last year, Tyrese Hall. I have no problems with Donley as a left back, he will still get to attack & will improve our corners. There will be no opportunities elsewhere for a couple of years. Just let them cook.
I think Romero is gone next season, so we should look into Dragusin a bit more seriously. In case we don't see him as a long term defender for us, just sell him, we have young players coming in who can be second for the position.
Championship and League One teams are no longer reliant on loanees to be successful. They are all trying to build their own teams for long term success and loanees are just filling gaps.
"Depth" as in reliably good players to come in and preform at simular or better level then the guy that comes off?... Yeeah we aint got nothing like that, infact we we've never had For example: I love Porro but I want us to look for an even better RB. Same goes for all other position or we'll stay spursy
Not this season, but one of these boys could become a man this season, plus another Summer. I expect Ange to win something next season and if not, he will leave. I am Aussie, Spurs fan for 44 years and think I am correct.
@@toddhellyar4167 Ange said he always wins something in his second season didn't he? That is how I will rate him - I don't care what trophy it is, he dug himself a hole with all his talking. The bench - minus 1 or 2 players is abysmal

I’m loving these collaborations between WATTV and LWOS!

I’m loving how we can use our bench and not really worry about players being out of form. It’s becoming a nice squad.

Vuskovic coming in the summer and the Korean guy in jan. We are just gonna keep getting better
Spurs very clever to invest in the youth team and now theyv started to come thru and this gives us more strength

Richarlison is still here and Son is more irreplaceable because he is so good, Odobert, Moore and Werner aren't the worst

Three injuries to first team squad and it begins to look makeshift again, erhaps the youngsters will fill these roles by this time next year

spurs need to buy goretzska, he’s getting frozen out at Bayern
