I work in a similar type institution and this happens in all of them. Some Doctors are in for the cover up and others you cant ask them to do you any favors.

From what I saw in video here there were lot of cases of it which means they were aware of the facility misconduct and did not bring it under scrutiny of the proper authority in government chain of command alerting their superiors of the stuff the corrections officers were doing...chain of custody from them to jail both owe persons they have in their custody a duty of care and protection all who come to them through their official duties being carried out....I think...fry the whole damn system as it's corrupt antics as well tactics must be put to a complete end...so no other man nor teen nor woman nor young female in their care ends up like that...
