Hello SpiderStaryu I just read this first to comment I agree with the confusion about the Super Mario U Deluxe with Peachette I think there is a concept with the Peachette than just Peach I am glad to know the upcoming videos hopefully you using Peach as the character goodluck.

Honestly I don't think they thought it through too hard. As in, I don't think they place a huge priority on Mario lore and just thought it would be a fun thing to put in the game. I know some people are upset but I basically just don't really care. The way I see it, Mario isn't really something to take seriously, so it's ok with me if it doesn't always make sense (though I do find it strange for sure).
